Management of the English section

T'aurais pu demander des avis avant de le nommer ADMIN

As I already suggested to Alexx, a bit of help in the english section wouldnt be too much to continue the development of this one...
Today, Alexx told me that he couldn't make his task in the coming months... hence the choice to take Nick like co-manager of this section!

Why Nick?
He's the oldest foreign member, and he makes totally part of the team (even if he left us 2/3 months, it's now an old story!)
He has the level, the presence, and the good mood who will push the english section higher!

His functions:
Make the english section alive: prevent english membres of differents event : MGT's party, Servers, matchs...
Follow "english" players on differents competition: following Nick's availabilities, compet's setup (registration, Line up, availabilities...)
Recuitment: ? I didnt ask myself yet, but if Alexx cant make his task anymore, we nned someone else...we already have 6 foreign players, it's not enought to make alive a section! So Nick can organise recuitment as well!

Comme je l'avais déja suggéré a Alexx, un peu d'aide dans sa zone "english" ne serai pas de trop pour continuer de développer cette nouvelle section...
Aujourd'hui Alexx m'a dis qu'il ne pourrai plus trop assurer son poste dans les prochains mois... D'ou le choix d'avoir Nick comme Co-gestionnaire de cette section!

Pourquoi Nick ?? :
C'est le plus ancien MGT anglophone, de plus il fait entièrement partie de la team (meme s'il nous as quitté 2/3 mois...c'est de l'histoire ancienne!)
Il a le niveau, la présence et la bonne humeur qui pousseront la section anglaise plu haut!

Ses fonctions :
Relayer l'information : avec Alexx il fera en sorte que les sujets importants abordés dans la section française soient traduit! Soirée MGT , Serveurs , matchs...
Suivre les joueurs anglais sur les différentes compétitions : suivant les dispos de Nick, organisation des compets (inscriptions des LineUp anglaises, dispos ...)
Recrutement : (?) je me suis pas encore posé la question mais ce que fait Alexx, il faut que quelqu'un continu de le faire... Nous avons déjà 6 joueurs anglophones, c'est tout juste pour faire vivre une section! Donc voir le recrutement...

Hi mates as I told you few weeks ago, i have to be focus on my studies until the begining of march. It's a really important moment of my life and i don't want to fail it, that's why i gave up TM this last days... But i will be back soon.
I can see that the english section is not alive anymore since my absence... I gave this mission to niccky but he mustnt have the time at the moment.
All this staff to say: dont hesite to ask about anything you need!
